Two ways to install:
1. You can use the tape (Included) to mount the doorbell. This is a super easy way to mount.
2. You can use the screws to mount it. It is more secured and recommended.
Help:
1.Make sure that your camera is connected to 2.4GHz network, not support 5GHz network.
2.The cloud storage is defaulted to off. So please remember to open it in the app when setting up.
3.Keep the doorbell in range of router. Thick or insulated doors can greatly reduce strength of your wifi signal even if your router is close by the doorbell.
4.Only when the app runs in the background or you close the app can you receive the notifications. If your app is in the live interface, you won’t receive it.
5.If you want to receive ringtones indoors, you can use a wireless doorbell (included in the package).
6.Powered by batteries: Please make sure to remove the plastic insulation tabs from the batteries, after that use the USB cable to charge the doorbell with the batteries installed inside, just like how to charge your phone.
7.It’s weather resistant, IP65 waterproof, NOT fully waterproof.
