Q: Why the device can’t be connect to WiFi ?
A: 1. Please confirm that the WiFi connection is under the 2.4G protocol.
2. Confirm that the Red indicator light is blinking slowly.
3. Check whether the account name and password are correct, and whether there are excessive spaces.
4. Please keep quiet around you and adjust the volume of your phone to the maximum when you try to connect WiFi.
Q: Mobile phone can not receive the notifications when device is online and detected something happened.
A: Turn on “Auto start” and “Notifications”, Turn off “Battery saver”.
