If can’t connect with the mobile phone, please try as follows
1, Please make sure the wifi doorbell with enought electricity.With low battery, can’t connect with the mobile phone. Charging the battery or use the power adpater charging the doorbell firstly, then try again.
2, Reset the doorbell, in the rear of the doorbell, with a reset buttom, press it about 3 seconds, the doorbell light will show blue light, then try again
