Q: Whenever the unit detects something it sens an alert to my cell phone. sometimes it alerts any time a family member goes out or in the door.
A: Please turm off the PIR detection or choose low sensitivity for the PIR funtion.Then you won’t confuse for the alert.
Q: Can not connect WIFI
A: 1.Please make sure mobile phone is connected 2.4G WIFI, not 5G WIFI.
2: Please make sure the blue indicator is slow flash.
3: Please make sure the password is right and there is no space between letters.
Q: Mobile phone can not receive the notifications when device is online and detected something happened.
A: Turn on “Auto start” and “Notifications”, Turn off “Battery saver”.
