If you connect the dash cam to computer via USB cable, the screen will appear “Mass storage”. That’s a normal situation. The 32 SD card is included in package. We suggest you to use a class 10, 32GB max Micro SD card. The built-in 180mAh battery is only for emergence file back up. You need to connect the dashcam to external power while driving.
